For most households, having your boiler serviced annually is good practice and may also be required to maintain certain manufacturer warranties. A boiler service gives us the opportunity to check the appliance's condition, operation and safety and identify potential problems before they develop into more expensive faults.
Yes. Cold spots or radiators that don't heat evenly can be caused by several issues, including trapped air, system balancing, circulation problems or a build-up of sludge within the heating system. We can investigate the cause and recommend the appropriate solution, which may include system balancing, cleaning or a powerflush where appropriate.
Replacing an older or unreliable boiler with a modern, efficient model can improve heating performance and reliability and may help reduce energy consumption. Depending on the boiler selected, you may also benefit from a manufacturer's warranty for additional peace of mind. We'll help you choose a suitable boiler for your property rather than simply recommending an unnecessarily large or expensive system.
